I had an amazing experience at Pacific Honda. From the start our sales representative Ian Ruiz was extremely helpful. He made us feel very welcomed and important. At the end of the day, though for us it was about getting the right price. He did everything in his ability to get us the best price possible for the car we wanted. The only thing I can Complain about is that they were not 100% sure on our questions about the EV tax credit. I understand it’s not their job, but I would think since they are selling the car to us they would know a little bit more about it. Thankfully, though everything fell through. Again. Our representative Ian went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. They have an extremely friendly staff and are extremely willing to work on price. I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership and I hope I get the opportunity to do business again with them in the future.
