I love everyone in the office they are friendly and kind, Michelle Menne is always profesional and very very kind when she’s helping us with any issue. When they come to do maintance someone always texted before coming to make sure we’ll be home and they give me ETA she or him are very kind too. I love this new system they have going on with maintenance. The renovations are over and it looks amazing they also did some landscaping work in front of my house that i love, better than having a bunch of bushes and spiders everywhere. . The community is really growing and getting better and better.

I have lived here twice in my life, once 10 years ago with some girlfriends, moved around SD for various reasons and now currently back again the last year with my husband. We love it here. The townhouses are spacious and bright. Grounds are always kept in good condition and they just rennovated the exterior which looks beautiful! Lots of green spaces to take our dog out for a walk. Mantinence has always been super quick and helpful. Parking can be annoying but we are lucky where our apartment is located and make it work. The multiple pools are a nice perk and are generally not crowded. We enjoy the closeness of the beach and shopping centers. If we could sign a 5 year lease we would! Everyone has different experiences in their apartments but wanted to share that ours has been nothing but happy and joyous!

The maintenance crew here at Loma Palisades is excellent. I am impressed every time by their punctuality, effectiveness, and professionalism. When I submit a request, I do so with the confidence that it will be done fast and right.

Tina and Matthew were honestly the best—whenever I needed something, they were there to help right away and made sure I had everything I needed. Rooftop views are gorgeous. The gym is clean, has the equipment I need, and they just added a leg press machine. Overall, I’m very satisfied with living here and am happy I chose The Rey.
