They are easily the best mechanics I have personally worked with. As a woman it's hard to find a mechanic who I don't feel like is taking advantage of me and actually explains everything to me and what's wrong with my car. They did a absolutely fantastic job explaining the problem to me. I truly felt taken care of by them. I moved to the LA area and I will still be going back to them for my car repairs.

I had my 2022 Honda Accord hybrid service done at John's Automotive about 10 days ago. Made an appointment and dropped it off at 7:00 am. I did a few errands and it was done by 11:30 as they said. They did not rotate the tires because the tire wear limit indicators were flushed with the tread.Also, there were signs of wire showing. Easy and good day to have the car taken care of. My second time at John's Automotive and I have had nothing but great/friendly service.

Everyone there that I encountered was super friendly and helpful. I could tell from the get-go they weren't going to try to overcharge me because I was a female. I have been to shops before that I have felt that way. I love the fact that they gave me a ride home the day I dropped off the car. And what I loved the most was after they inspected the vehicle they will send over a very detailed inspection report with notes, pictures and videos. Lastly, they were honest and recommended a different shop for a different problem on the car which they felt, they were better suited to take care of.

They are so thorough with photos of the tech that worked on your car and constant follow up after your visit. I needed my oil changed and went straight back to AERO. Their work & customer service is unbeatable. I'm so glad I tried them. They are definitely my "go to" auto repair.

Who knew getting a smog test would be so easy and comfortable.... and when I had an issue with my gas tank, The team was quick to honestly assess and fix the issues. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and kindness that is always displayed at Aero Auto. Thank you!
