Prices comparable to Lowe's and Home Depot but a night and day experience. If you need flooring or tiles, do not bother going anywhere else. Start here. I love the carpet that I was able to find for the right price from their large selection. It was an easy experience all the way around. Coles has been fantastic in dealing with all the Covid nightmares! We are still waiting to install our carpet after we get all our Wallcovering! The granite floor covering in the main areas was very professionally installed! They are able to make this happen in spite of supply issues.

This is a long-overdue review. From start to finish, Matt assisted us and answered all of our questions. The pricing was extremely affordable. We had a somewhat complex situation with a "bonus" room concrete slab that we wanted to place vinyl or tile over. There was some leveling needed, and most companies we contacted did not seem interested or had differing opinions. We could definitely see the collective experience of Abbey floor co. as they were confident they could do the job. I really wish I could remember the name of the contractor who did the work because he went above and beyond to respect our house(we have four dogs that were highly interested in the new people in our house that we had to keep behind a baby gate), communicate with us along the way, and share his expert advice. We were so happy with the work, we requested they complete a few more small projects around our home. We LOVE our new floors and have had no issues with them 5 months after installation. They are puppy-proof and spill-proof. Highly recommend this company for your flooring needs! After pictures are posted.

We got our carpet installed from abbey carpets last fall. I have had carpet installs before where they look good at first but after a couple of months, you get lumps and whatnot. This was not the case with this installation. We got multiple quotes on this carpet install and they were competitive with the big box stores. One originally quoted me less but once we went to order the price increased as did the timeline for installation. Matt and Frank provided no hassle and great workmanship in our install. We will definitely recommend them and use them again.
