MANCHESTER GRAND HYATT SAN DIEGO REVIEWS

A Fantastic Stay at Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego! We booked a two-night stay using points. Our original reservation was for a standard room with two double beds, but upon check-in, upgraded to a bay-view room with two queen beds! The hotel and rooms are so clean and comfortable, check out our gorgeous view! The staff here are incredibly kind and welcoming, especially to young children. They're also very quick to respond - A 3-year-old girl got lost in the elevators during our stay and the staff—along with my husband—acted quickly to reunite her with her parents. I also accidentally left my credit card at one of the hotel’s restaurants, and it was promptly returned without issue. Housekeeping was also quick to respond to minor asks. We're pretty familiar with San Diego and the hotel's location is awesome, with easy walking access to major attractions like the USS Midway, Seaport Village, Gaslamp Quarter, and Tuna Harbor. Great shopping and dining are all close by. Overall, 10/10 highly recommend! Just a slight heads up, self-parking is $45/day.

We loved everything about this hotel. Here's why: Check-in: we were able to use the loyalty rewards line. The folks working at the front desk are always extremely smart and knowledgeable about the property and treated us with above and beyond care. Blaire P. from the front office is an absolute rock star. The room: downtown San Diego rooms are all small, but this one is nice. Even though the beds are double size, folks on the small side can easily sleep 4. The room was very clean. The lounge: amazing! The staff are very attentive and efficient to keep it clean and stocked with their offerings. I was blown away with their professionalism. Parking: typical prices for downtown San Diego unless you are a Globalist booking with points. Check-out: fast and efficient!

Great location and wonderful property. Parking in the adjacent garage is both simple and convenient. Lots of choices or options for food and drink on site. This is our favorite hotel in San Diego for many reasons. For parents, the kids love the escalators in the Harbor Tower, and the conference areas are also wide open spaces to let the little ones get some energy out.

I’m here for a business meeting. It was very tightly scheduled, so I rarely got out of the hotel and either had my meals in the restaurant or through catered dinners. All the food was excellent rooms were large with great views coffee maker there easy to operate. Scott came in to ask me about my experience and I have only good things to say. I’m sitting in one of many open areas where there are quiet spaces as well as multiple TVs to watch sports either in or outside of the bar and restaurant. In the restaurant, the food was excellent and the service provided by by. Cesar was excellent and very accommodating. My only limitation is the distance to things was a bit remote but again I was here for a business conference, so that was not important

Beautiful views and location, the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Quick to respond to requests, the breakfast sandwiches were delicious. I liked that there is a Starbucks on the property. Excellent spot if you like to walk/run. Across the street from Gaslamp District which is perfect as there is so much to do there. Will definitely stay here again.

My favorite hotel in San Diego! Amazing atmosphere, ambience, and vibe. The hotel is very upscale with awesome shops, and restaurants throughout the hotel. The rooms are very quiet and views are spectacular. I’m so happy when I stay here. You won’t regret it

Beautiful hotel! I stayed here with family and friends several times and we always loved how close it is to the seaport village and lots of food options around. The marina always gives the best views anytime of the day. The lobby is spacious and lovely. Staff are attentive and check in was quick. Elevators are clean and efficient. Rooms are very clean and got everything I needed, no need to call and ask for stuff. Water pressure was great. Bed was so comfortable and cozy and I had a great night sleep.

What a beautiful hotel is a great location. Right in the bay, next to the convention center and within walking distance to so much! The staff were excellent and friendly, everyone we interacted with was lovely. The view of the bay from our room was breathtaking. So grateful to have been able to spend time at this hotel. It was so refreshing and relaxing.

I loved my stay here. The staff/front desk was wonderful. The hotel as well as my room were beautiful and spacious. I couldn't ask for anything better. I loved how they have a pool and gym as well as an outside bar. There were a lot of restaurants that were walkable distance. Parking was $50/day.
