From the minute we met with Estella to discuss reupholstering our 2 barrel chairs, we knew we were in great hands with this family owned business. She so knowledgeable and patient and has a great design sense. She was able to narrow down our choices and had some great ideas. We picked a fabric we loved only to find it out of stock, but Estella persevered until she found it on the East Coast. Two great guys picked up our chairs a couple days later and returned them within six days!! Two other shops told us it would be 6 to 8 weeks. The upholstery is gorgeous and workmanship is flawless. This place rocks!
Hillcrest Upholstery did an absolutely amazing job at reupholstering the cushions for my sofa and chair. They even created a custom cushion that is the perfect fit and look for the chair. Their work is excellent. The customer service is exemplary. And they completed the work quickly. The bonus is the free pickup and delivery. My experience with Century Upholstery was exceptional. I was on a time crunch to get a rocking chair reupholstered before my baby was due. Even with Thanksgiving week coming up, Lyda did her best to accommodate my timeline and the chair was ready two weeks earlier than expected!
