I appreciate that Sean took the time to understand the issues we've have with our hardware. What issues he could resolve, he did; for what was out of his expertise, he suggested a different service to call. Since he could not fix the wobbliness of our Weslock door handle, he suggested changing to a new handle, and re-keying the new lock to the old key. Next, Sean discovered that the old key was thicker than required to fit into the new lock, so he created a new set of keys for us which had a thinner profile, in order to work with the new lock. Lastly, the new plate for the frame was somewhat thicker, making it impossible to just push the door closed, so after his couple of trials, I opted to keep the thinner old plate.
Busy Bees had the BEST customer service out of every company I called. I initially called them for an estimate, which they gave me right away, and again to schedule. Each I called them they were super helpful. Nate came promptly and got the job done quickly. He was able to get into my locked car in about 30 seconds, and then made a programed a new key I had lost. Definitely recommend this company!!
After contractors accidentally lost our keys, we had to call Busy Bees out on New Years Eve. They got here quickly and were really easy to communicate with. Kyle was our technician and he was amazing. Super nice, knowledgeable, and quick! It’s never fun to need a locksmith, but I would use them again in a heartbeat if we needed to.

This place is great! I locked myself out of my apartment at night and unfortunately had no spare key and my landlord was out of town. I called a couple of locksmiths and they all quoted me ridiculous prices! My last call was to the Key Crew and I'm so happy I made that call. Jennifer was so helpful and patient with me while I got my thoughts together. The price was extremely reasonable for an after hours job and Dorian was over at my apartment within 15 minutes! I was so embarrassed when he opened with door within seconds but was very grateful since my pups were locked inside. I'd like to say that I'll be partnering with them again but that means I'd have to keeping locking myself out...not fun! Lol
Tim is a wizard at what he does and the office provided great customer service. I called multiple lock smiths and this office is the only one that was able to help my with my unique car and that sounded like they wanted to as well. They were all communicative and kept me up to date on ETA. Time cut my key by manually using old school methods because he's a BA and he taught me a thing or two about key, locks, and how keys are cut as well. Highly recommend The Key Crew.
Used Key Crew to replace a remote that went bad on my daughter’s car. They were very responsive and got me a quote right away (on a Sunday!) and we’re very price competitive. These guys were Amazing, especially Eric! Super friendly and fast, got our key cut as well as the fob programmed for my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. The cost was $69. We provided our own key to be cut and fob to program from Amazon. Way cheaper than the dealership. Thank you Noble Lock and Key. Y'all are awesome.
I needed a spare key fob for my new (to me) car. I figured I would just bite the bullet and go to the dealer for convenience and peace of mind. HA! Dealer wanted nothing to do with me. But Shawn at Noble responded quickly to my email inquiry, Allison was patient with me while i asked questions on the phone, and then they got everything done SO QUICKLY when i went to their shop after work! I appreciate that they are open until 6:30, very convenient. Fair price, excellent service, and it doesn't hurt that you can have a drink at Navajo Live if you have to wait for them to get something finished :-) A+++
