We recently reserved and purchased a Toyota Sienna through CarMax, and the entire experience was fantastic. The website and reservation process were super easy to navigate. When we arrived, we worked with Tyler, who was amazing from start to finish. Right away, he let us test drive the car with no pressure, encouraged us to take our time, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He clearly explained the financing options and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Tyler was kind, transparent, and an excellent communicator throughout the whole process. After we got home, we noticed a small chip in the windshield. Tyler went above and beyond and helped get it repaired at no cost to us within just a few days. I highly recommend CarMax, it’s so much better than a traditional dealership where transparency can be lacking. Tyler was knowledgeable, honest, and truly made buying a car easy and stress-free.

Robert was great. He was a hoot. Best car buying experience yet. The rest of the staff were chill, friendly and hilarious. They weren't pushy, no bullshit. Wish they would wash and detail their cars.
