Bill is a lifesaver! We were at the Alliant Center for the Midwest Horse Fair. It was two hours before the whole fair was done! I stupidly locked the key fob and cap key in the back cab of the truck! Then we called Bill! Oh yes, no problem I can open it for you! Next problem, there is multiple different parking lots and thousands of cars! No problem! Bill is aquatinted with the Alliant Center. I did my best to explain where we were! Bill says I’ll see you in 20-30 minutes! Okay! 20 minutes later Bill pulls up! He found us! A miracle! It took him less than a minute to get into the back of the truck, and retrieve my key fob! The bill was perfectly reasonable and not wallet breaking - MS.
I called about seven locksmiths who either couldn't copy my key or were outright rude. I called Bill's and they were incredibly professional. I was in and out with my cut key and programmed in a short time and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend Bill's Key Shop.
