Mattress Firm Cascade Station II

Stayed with my friend in Vancouver over last weekend and loved the mattress! We couldn’t figure out what it was, so we called to check the sale record. Monty helped us right away and got the information we were looking for, unfortunately that mattress wasn’t available anymore but Monty found it’s replacement and I was able to place an order over the phone with him as I live in Eastern Oregon. He was able to get the mattress delivered to me at no charge since they couldn’t do direct ship. I should have my new mattress in three days and it was on sale.

Larry was awesome! We had to jump through so many hoops to get to our bed but we finally made it! From beginning to end he was helpful nice and had super high energy! He was always available if I needed to ask him a question during the week through the process of getting synchrony hooked up. Highly recommend him and the store! Thank you.

Monty made the mattress buying easy. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect mattresses for my family. He even kept in touch on his days off! Excellent service. I highly recommend.
