Mattress Firm Northgate

From walking into the store, being greeted quickly and politely (and NOT attacked by smarmy salespeople), through delivery, this experience was amazing! Kevin helped me pick out exactly what I needed for the price I wanted in a very efficient amount of time - so quick, perfect, and friendly! The delivery service was incredible - communicated clearly, arrived timely, set up quickly and neatly exactly as I wanted without me having to say a word. I am very happy I walked into this store. I will happily return in the future, and I highly recommend anyone try this store if they are searching for a mattress and stellar service from beginning to end.

We stopped by to feel the Purple mattresses in person. Chet was very helpful in walking us through all of our options! He helped us find other mattresses with similar firmness/quality/etc. and showed us the difference between memory foam, coils, and hybrids. We ended up settling on a Purple, but it was great to compare it and find backup options. We are so excited to sleep on our new mattress! The whole process was fun, easy, and educational.

Northgate Mattress Firm was awesome. I bought a very firm king mattress a month ago and decided I needed a softer queen size. They were very helpful and made the switch for me quickly and easily. I highly recommend them.
