I recently visited Face Med Spa for a Botox treatment and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the environment was welcoming and professional. Olga, who administered my Botox injections, was outstanding. Not only was she incredibly nice and reassuring, but her skill in delivering virtually pain-free injections was remarkable. It’s rare to find such a gentle yet effective approach. The receptionist deserves a special mention for their warm and friendly demeanor. They made the check-in process smooth and efficient, adding to the overall positive atmosphere of the spa. I was also very pleased with the punctuality of the service. There was no wait time, and my appointment started right on time, which is a testament to their respect for clients’ schedules. While I’m still waiting to see the full results in a couple of weeks, the initial experience has been nothing short of fantastic. I’m very optimistic about the outcome and would highly recommend Face Med Spa to anyone considering aesthetic treatments. Their combination of excellent customer service and skilled professionals makes them a top choice in the field.

I had a wonderful experience with, Olga, who preformed PRP facelift facial and I couldn’t be happier! Not yet seeing the full results, as it takes time but I’m already seeing some improvement in skin texture & tightness :) Olga took her time and was gentle, even was coaching me on when to take deep breaths to help with slight discomfort that can happen during treatment. Very happy customer here!

Came from Florida to see Olga and her staff who were very pleasant, efficient, and make you feel very comfortable. I love the results from getting 40 units of Botox. She even takes the time to educate you after you get your Botox on what to do and what not to do I definitely recommend her!!
