She examined my necklace thoroughly and was able to give me what I needed as far as a loan/payment. She's super kind and welcoming. Such a relief in today's world. This pawn shop is the best there is in the Dallas area. They have great deals on a variety of things. They also work with you on payments for loans and layaways. Julie and Susana are very customer oriented, courteous and friendly. Ask for either of them to help you with your pawn needs. They're awesome.
