I had a real bad mouse problem at my grandfather’s house, and was recommended by a friend of mine who used Rose in the past. Price was reasonable and they came out within a few days. I have a 4 year old and 2 cats so I was nervous about having traps laying everywhere, the technician Steve was very accommodating and explained everything in detail and actually went out of his way to come pick up a dead mouse for me. A very pleasant and informative Rose tech automatically restocks rat boxes according to my neighbor and my requests for same scheduled time/day yard access. Actual friendly knowledgeable humans answer the phone quickly. Almost everyone on my ally subscribes and I haven’t seen a rodent in my yard or alley for years. Home orders for any new indoor pests are included in the price.
