American Party Rentals

American Party Rentals provided tableware, utensils, linens, and chairs for our wedding reception. Their high quality rental items elevated our wedding venue, and logistically, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were flexible when we had to postpone from our original wedding date. Likewise, they were open to changing the original order, as the new wedding date approached. They communicated seamlessly with my wedding planner and truly made the rental experience a breeze. I highly recommend American Party Rentals for any and all wedding reception needs!.

Very nice showroom and selection! I couldn’t get anyone on the phone when trying to make an appointment, so I walked in one day to get my rental contract started. The website says “appointment only” but I explained the situation and I was helped. Unfortunately they tried to overcharge me on rental items right before my wedding despite having a contract in place months before. Check your invoices! Like everyone else, they have increased prices and it seems like that doesn’t just apply to new customers. They adjusted it in the end, but it felt shady. Photo by Rob Tesar.

They did the rentals for my wedding and were phenomenal! Super responsive to my emails, I went in person to work through all the details so even better in person. Natalie walked me through what might be best for my tent formatting, layout and cost. She was great about not just trying to sell me the highest cost too, she worked on budget friendly options! I cannot rave enough about them, we rented 2 tents, all of our tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, cups and a dance floor. The tents were out quickly and taken down quickly with no trace left too. So so so great!
