Pedersen's is simply the best of the best when it comes to Seattle rentals. I'd worked with them before through work and then again for my wedding. Their selection was fantastic, their staff very helpful and communicative, and the load/unload process was seamless on the wedding day. I will hire them for any other rentals I may need in the future.

Great Customer Service! Needed to pick my kids up from the Airport on my delivery day, Phoned the Pedersen's; the young lady on the phone was able to send a message to the driver and Escobar phoned and was able to drop our delivery off before I needed to leave. Pedersen's sent email reminders of your orders and when Seattle had snow after the Holidays I phoned to make sure they were open and they gave me the option of coming in next week to be safe! In returning my order there where two gentlemen whom carried the items from my truck. I will be using Pedersen's from now on for Holiday rental! Thank you for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I just used this company for rentals to have Thanksgiving dinner. I went to go pick up my rental and the table I ordered was way too large. They were so accomodating and helpful, offering alternative tables for a small fee. The load/unload process was so easy and the staff were all very friendly. Thank you so much!
