I am the Senior Sales Manager for Circle R Ranch, a private event ranch in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I always love working with the Shag Carpet Props & Decor team! Amanda was quick to get the quote of options I requested since I was working with a last minute event booking. Shag Carpet is amazing to work with! They give incredible customer service and take care of you from beginning to end. They supplied all of the furniture and decor rentals for a major party we did, with over 700 guests. Krystal was on top of it during the design process and really took care of us. The entire team from planning, to design, to set up & delivery, was great to work with. They were very accommodating, professional, and punctual. I loved watching Tommy handle his crew- these guys did an amazing job in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend Shag to anyone who needs event & decor rentals for parties, weddings and events. Can't wait to work with them again in the future!
