I recently had the pleasure of working with Bob and his team at Chicago Roofing Services for a roof repair project at my home. From start to finish, the experience was truly exceptional. First and foremost, Bob was extremely professional and responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly assess the damage to my roof and provide a detailed estimate for the repair work. He was also extremely communicative, keeping me updated on the progress of the project and answering any questions I had in a timely manner. The team at Chicago Roofing Services was equally impressive. They were punctual, respectful, and worked efficiently to complete the repair work in a timely manner. The quality of their workmanship was top-notch, and they left my property clean and tidy when they were finished. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Bob and the team. Very pleased with the work done by this family run company. We had them in for the replacement of our flat roof and the construction of a new roof deck. They did a high quality job for a fair and competitive price. When we needed a few tweaks to maximize drainage of our flat roof they were quick to get it re-pitched at no cost. Bob answered the call promptly and had roofers out to my house within a few hours compared to other roofing businesses where no response is received/phone calls answered. I was able to get a quote and have the work done same day. Given the extreme Chicago winter weather, I needed the work done promptly and am happy with the service received. Photos of before and after the job was complete was also icing on the cake for documentation purposes. Thank you, Bob and your roofers!
