Guidance on what to think about a we chose product was also excellent. We had a minor problem during the install and it was seamlessly corrected; I was pleasantly surprised! Los Gatos did a good job first installing my roof about 8 years ago, no leaks, and, second, recently they installed some attic vents and after the Jan. 2023 extensive rains, still no leaks. I fully recommend them.
