Luisa Is the person that greeted me and took care of my needs for my public storage she was very informative and very helpful. She listened to what my needs were and she accommodated me well. I give her 5 stars because that's the most you have on your board but truly she deserves a 100 stars for her great customer service and her Willingness to help in my time of need.
