I could tell he had a passion for cars as well as a passion to help people find the perfect car for them. I was highly impressed by how genuine and trustworthy he was. He was available to help with any questions I had (even when outside of his work hours), and he made me feel like an important customer. This is my second car I’ve purchased through Car Max and both experiences have been wonderful. The staff is polite and professional and the entire transaction went smoothly. They are fabulous when you need warranty service as well, really outstanding in today’s landscape of employee malaise and corporate indifference. Everything went smoothly in purchasing my Porsche Macan Turbo. Susana was amazing to work with! I flew in from out of state to pick up my car, and she walked me through every step of the process quickly and easily. She answered all of the questions that I had too!
