Chris Mikell was an excellent salesman that made me feel valued as a customer. I really hate calling him a salesman, however, because he felt more like a friend just after a few conversations. He put my mind at ease as an out-of-state buyer and made sure I had all the information possible to make a good decision. His role in the development of this company was very influential and he still made sure to put the customer first, even when that meant staying late after hours to help me. Eric Taylor was super helpful. He didn’t try to push a bunch of cars on me I wasn’t Interested in. He was fair with the negation and took care of all of the communication with my bank and financing. After all the paperwork was done I noticed a small tear on the center console. He reached out after the purchase and told me to bring it by and they would take care of that repair as well even though he didn’t have to. Hands down would recommend DLR and Eric Taylor for your car purchase.
