Little Vietnam Restaurant is established in 2014 and serves freshly prepared Vietnamese food in Chicago's Edgewater Lakefront community. The owner Ricky Dinh personally trained the waiters to speak to each customer and selected everything from the tables used to the text positioning on the menu. They were included in the ABC 7's Hungry Hound section for their homemade iced coffee. Little Vietnam is also featured at ViewsMix Chicago's Best Cheap Eats in Edgewater and participated in the 6th Annual Bryn Mawr and Edgefest.
