SUSHI-SAN REVIEWS

We were craving Asian food, and after checking out a few places and their reviews, we decided on Sushi San--and it was the best decision! Everything we tried was delicious! The sushi was okay, but the Tuna Fried Rice Bites--WOW--and the BEEF 'N BOP were amazing too. For dessert, we picked two to try: the Okinawa Sugar Pie, which was VERY sweet but tasty, and the Nama Chocolate, which I loved! The contrast of the chocolate with the sea salt was divine.

Service at Sushi San is attentive without being intrusive, which is a testament to their well-trained staff. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve, making diners feel welcome and valued. Chef presented the dishes with extensive knowledge of the dishes. He excited us for each course and made the experience memorable. Delicious food and drinks, 10/10!! Chef stopped by to check in and it was an incredible dining experience for the family.

Great experience. Definitely worth the wait. Plan on making your reservations, plus a wait. Its a popular restaurant in River North Chicago because it’s so good. Service was fast. Food was delicious. Dark but a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

YUZU SUSHI & ROBATA GRILL REVIEWS

Quickly greeted upon coming into the restaurant. The host informed us of the specials and made sure to get our order in before the specials were over. We ordered calamari, edamame, Monster Spider Roll, tater tots, and Boy Meets World roll. The food was fresh. Well seasoned and prepared quickly. The staff was pleasant. The restaurant was clean.

Yuzu is hands down my favorite sushi restaurant for its jumbo specialty rolls. They are not only fresh, tasty, beautifully presented, but always have an elaborate sauce art to dip your sushi into. I absolutely love Born to Chill, Love Potion No. 9 and their tater tots. Ask the servers for their recommendation. Very delicious food!

First time eating sushi at Yuzu, the drinks we ordered were good, the sushi was good, and the service was good! I will definitely be back. We ordered Dragon Ball, Sorry I’m Drunk,Sake sushi, and edamame. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves sushi.

My server was Paulo. From the moment I walked by myself because being obese requires many solo dinners. I was seated immediately. Wow. This guy place really lives up to its reputation. The best all you can eat. I loved the baked oysters. Quick service. Delicious food and nice atmosphere. I couldn’t finish it all. They gave me a nice Togo box and bag. I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work. You deserve the success.

It was our first time trying this sushi restaurant and it did not disappoint! We walked in right at 12 for lunch and were the first customers of the day. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Great experience overall — definitely worth the visit. Highly recommend.

Super fresh, fast service and fun atmosphere. This place is popular and for great reason. I love the Wicker Park area and this sushi spot is worth the wait! I will definitely be back again.
