Boise Custom Windows & Doors

Boise Custom Window and Doors is a great company to work with. They stand by their work and their product. I had my screen doors replaced back in September 2023. My lab puppy immediately crashed through one of the doors and it would not close. Fernando came out the next day and fixed the door at no charge. Four months later, in January, the wind caught the door and bent the hinge. I called thinking maybe they could get out to fix it in a week or so. Nope, they came out that afternoon. These guys are the best. They stand by their work and their product not something you see much of these days. If you need doors or windows replaced or repaired I highly recommend Boise Custom Window and Doors. The molding around the window in a door broke, these guys were able to replace the molding and window without replacing the whole door, which other companies said I would have to do. Like I said they are the best!

Never have delt with a contractor that was more of a pleasure to work with. Taylor came up with ideas I never would have thought of. His estimates were fair and the work exceptional. They were always on time. You could set your watch by them. They were never bothered by requests to fix little things. I would highly recommend Boise Custom Windows and Doors and Taylor Richard's. I might add, I did not know Taylor before this job. My wife got a referral from a friend. I much rather work with a local company than a big nationwide one. 10 Stars easy. Jack C
