The installers were professional and answered all our questions or concerns. They made sure the windows were right and noticed 2 of the windows were not quite right and contacted the service people to insured the problem was taken care of. The service people were super nice and assured us things would be taken care of concerning the 2 windows. Very impressed with Champion Windows and highly recommend them.

Our sales person(Erik) was very knowledgeable and did a good job explaining everything. My wife and I knew what we wanted and he did a great job helping us decide on the style of windows to choose. My wife liked that Erik was not pushy like some sales people can be. Looking forward to our new windows. Thanks Champion.

Dale and I really needed windows. Thus will be the first time we are replacing so we were really nervous. We saw the special and called Champion. Brad came out and made us understand everything thing about the windows. I liked the fact that he never trashed any other company, just showed the difference and let us make the choice.
