I highly recommend going with Pella and Chris Thomas. We had new windows installed in our Carolina Room in Pinehurst and were very impressed by the quality of work, professionalism, friendliness, and the final results. Chris was very responsive and always quick to help. Jimmy Patteson, the installer, was exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any job – outstanding! We had a painter come over afterward, and he said it was the best work he had ever seen and wanted Jimmy's name and number. We will be working again with Chris and Jimmy in the future. We researched a half dozen window companies for several months for the renovation of our 180 year old farmhouse.
