It's rare that customer service is so good that I can't stop thinking about it. I went in just to print something out, and I walked out feeling amazing. Hats off and many thanks to the most excellent staff of Postal Annex Broadway.
I went in with my partner to get his passport photo taken, and the stellar customer service provided by Alex was so excellent, I decided to get mine done despite already having one! He was so tremendously kind and helpful, not to mention just plain cool. This location is not in my area, but I know I will come back for all my shipping, stationery, sticker and future passport photo needs. Thank you, Alex!!!
Love this place! I've been coming here for years, they've been a life saver for shipping and last minute supplies. The staff are sweethearts, and I always end up buying extra things like pens and stationary because they have such a thoughtfully curated selection.
