I was really impressed with how quick I was able to schedule these folks to come out and help me get rid of an old mattress and mattress topper. I literally scheduled them to come out the night before, after they would have closed. So nice to not have the mattress sitting around for longer! The gentlemen who came to pick up an old mattress and mattress topper were extremely nice! They called ahead of time, offering to come earlier than my scheduled window, but I still needed them to arrive in the window. They were kind enough to wait, which I really appreciated. And when they arrived, they were really polite and quick. They were in and out in less than five minutes, and charged a really fair price. I think they knocked off some of the cost because we'd brought the mattress outside for them. I've used Junk King twice now and both times have had a great experience. I will definitely call them again the next time I need help tossing something! Thank you!

He was quick to respond via text message and it was easy to set up a time to meet. He arrived with a partner and they quickly removed the items from my home, and got our old appliances out quickly. He originally quoted me one price and then reevaluated once everything was loaded to help keep things fair. (We had an appliance store out in Beaverton)
