URBAN FOREST PRO REVIEWS

Super impressed by Urban Forest Pro for a beetle infested birch removal. The arborist that provided the estimate was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to identify plants and make some diy recommendations in other areas. The crew of three that came out to remove the tree were customer service oriented and clearly pros at dangerous tree removal. They left the site clean. A separate person came to grind the stump; he was very polite and quick with his work. While I was bemoaning the $3K price tag for full removal, they sure earned their money.

The communication, estimate and completed pruning all went smoothly. Communication was great and easy and they were able to get me in quickly after the estimate. The team does a great job in being thorough with the work and clean up. They helped me understand the tree's health and did a beautiful job in clearing out old limbs to welcome new growth. I highly recommend this company for your tree health and trimming!

I had Urban Forest Pro come out and trim back several shrubs and trees. They did a meticulous job of trimming and shaping my 50 year old Japanese Maple tree. I also have a monster wisteria they trimmed perfectly. I will definitely have them back when I need it.

We had 6 trees on property that needed some basic care. They quoted a fair price relative to 2 other quotes I got, and during the quote process Ryan took the time to explain not only what they would do, but considerations of what to do for the long term health of one of the trees. They got a quote sent within a day, and Vanessa was very accommodating in me needing to change our date twice due to business travel I had to take. The team showed up on time, were courteous, the lead walked me through exactly what they would do, and they got to work. They did a great job, cleaned up, and walked me through each tree to make sure I was happy. On one of them I thought they could take some more off one side, and they quickly hopped on it and had it to my liking within a few minutes. Great service. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I received nothing but great customer service from Vanessa. Ryan, the arborist, came out and did the bid right away. He was very informative while talking me through what needed to be done. He said he’d beat the other two bids I had and he sure did. Zach & his crew Josh & Nate, were respectable, fast and completely cleaned up after. They took down one tree and pruned another. They were so efficient. I will definitely be using your services again.

Nathan took great care of us! Got some long-overdue work done, and the team left everything looking amazing.

I saw Monkeyman's Tree Removal in our neighborhood and called them to cut some looming tree branches hanging over our house. They came out on time, completed what they said they would do and cleaned up so nicely when they were finished. The crew was so friendly and the job went smoothly. I will definitely call again when we need more help with our trees.

This is the second job (trimming and removal of a medium sized tree) I've hired Monkeyman's for and they do a great job everytime! Prompt, communicative, professional, respectful of homeowner and property - so easy to work with.

We've used Monkeyman's twice. Both times they did an amazing job. Matt was very helpful getting us an estimate and flexible with our schedule. The crew did great, very professional.
