Went in to get my computer looked at and the guy at the front was super kind. He didn’t pressure me at all to get my computer fixed and was super honest and upfront about prices. He explained the issues my computer was having very well and even gave me some recommendations on a new computer to buy if I wanted. It’s rare to see this kind of customer service. Thank you! I highly recommend coming here. I’ll definitely be back with any computer related issues.

Took my Alienware in to get it repaired due to a spill incident. The team there was professional, knowledgeable and happy to work out the details. They have had an influx of business, so I had to wait about 2 weeks before the repairs, however they were prompt at sending me updates and working out pricing and troubleshooting. If I have computer issues in the future, definitely coming back here.

Whenever we have any issue or concern with our desktop or laptop, we call 1201 Computer Repair. Everyone there is so helpful and understanding of individuals who do not speak “tech.“ Always adding helpful suggestions whenever our computers are there for software updates, hardware repair, malware removal, or an annual tuneup. Mousa at UniTech Laptop Repair of Portland was amazing! My wife spilled Diet Coke on her MacBook Pro, and we were afraid it was a total loss. Mousa took a look at it, gave us a straightforward assessment, and ended up fixing it for a much better price than other repair shops had quoted us. He was honest, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. We really appreciated the fair pricing and great service. Highly recommend UniTech if you need trustworthy, skilled computer repair.

My laptop was being very fussy and unpredictable to the point of my being afraid to lose data. I took it to Mousa, who analyzed it right on the spot in front of me, gave me probabilities and options. It turned out to be pretty sick. He repaired it in under 2 days, at a very fair price. It feels as good as new. And, he cleaned it all up as clean as it has ever been! Nice guy, competent, great service, and good price. Very highly recommend.

I am so glad that I found this place! Mousa was able to diagnose the issue on my HP laptop and had me out of there in under 30-minutes! I had the most amazing experience at CompRite. I had a damaged flash drive that needed the data extracted from it. It received damage when one of the clients of my non-profit, an immigrant, crossed a river solo to enter this country. The flash has evidence for his upcoming asylum case. When the owner of CompRite found out, he gave us a deep discount, basically met us at a price that worked. Then he noticed my screen protector was cracked and he gently took it and replaced the screen protector, handing it back at no charge. I cried while driving home knowing there are still people who care in this world.

This place has so many cool and helpful things. The staff are super friendly, and they gave me a great deal when i told them i was working on a tight budget. If you need anything technology, I highly recommend this place.
