I needed a home inspection done on a certain day due to purchasing my new home. It was super easy to schedule online/they had lots of availability! I was assigned to Charles Lewis and he did such a wonderful job! He was really thorough, professional and honest! He also did a great job at catching every little detail! The report summary was very well outlined/included articles and resources. He took the time to explain every little detail in each image! I hardly leave reviews but I had to because I had a great experience with them! I highly recommend! Thank you again Charles!

The most detailed and thorough inspection home report I have reviewed, marking most of the cosmetic and otherwise features needing repairs by builder. Thermal imaging was useful as well. I would use them again and highly recommend their services.

Our inspector, Charles, was a paragon of professionalism. We got timely responses to emails. Customer service was courteous and thoughtful. Pricing very reasonable. It's so rare that people do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it... but Charles is the real deal!

MURPHY HOME INSPECTION REVIEWS

I was amazed at the thoroughness of Silas's inspection. I've had home inspections before ( four homes in the past!) I think that Silas did a far better job than any of my previous home inspectors. He took a lot of time to go through every part of the house and attached outdoor areas. He also took the time to show us all the problem areas when he was finished and explain them in detail, as well as possible solutions. I highly recommend him as a home inspector!

Ian preformed our home inspection this past weekend and it was a wonderful experience. He was incredibly thorough, communicative, and professional throughout the process. We received the report the same day which was wonderfully detailed with photos, broken down into sections based on severity/rating of safety issue. They also were able to get us scheduled super fast to we could get the ball rolling. Would highly recommend Ian for your inspection needs!

I am impressed with Silas and Mika's thoroughness and professionalism. Silas was prompt and responsive to our inquiries and scheduling needs. They both walked us through the key findings at the end of the inspection. In addition, Silas took time taking our questions after we received the inspection reports and went out of his way to help us understand the potential risk and possible solutions for each problem. Pillar to Post my first choice always . Recently hired to inspect a home we are purchasing . Ted thoroughly inspected the home , inside the attic , infra red in walls, panel , furnace, appliances .. every outlet and more . He took several photos of issues and concerns and the report was easy to read. He went over his report on his Tablet with us and didn't rush it. I love that I receive both the full report and summary within hours of the inspection . He was available to contact to clarify a concern we had. I've been a Realtor full time 22 years and have attended ..at least 200 of their inspections. I highly recommend Pillar to Post !
