They were great from my start to finish. I received a flyer in the mail for $50 off just as I was at my wits end dealing with another plumbing company that simply could not fix a leak I had (NW Sundance = horrible service). 3 Mountains Plumbing scheduled me within the week, emailed and texted me which plumber was coming and that plumber called me when they were on their way (Chris and then Kayne). Both were professional and they quickly identified and fixed my leak, which the other company said their plumbers couldn’t do. ROTO-ROOTER PLUMBING & WATER CLEANUP REVIEWS
We had a backed up sewer line. Of course it was with a house full of out of town guests. And on a Sunday. Did I mention it was Mother’s Day? My husband tried unsuccessfully to snake the line. It was almost 4:00 in the afternoon when I called. They had someone on site in less than an hour. Our tech was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to quickly clear the problem and then ran the camera down the line all the way to the septic tank. He showed us what he saw and told us everything looked good and there were no apparent issues. I was amazed that 2 hours after I called the work was completed. I would definitely use them again.
Shane what is extremely professional, punctual an outstanding to work with. He was able to resolve an issue that would push any plumber to the max capacity. Shane is a Great employee that works for a great company and us being out of the country and for him to be able to come in and resolve the issue was a huge stress relief. We will only use rotor router from here on out

Service needed was to replace old non functioning shutoff valves under kitchen sink to facilitate installation of new dish washer. Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous in explaining what the process would be and provided an estimate for my approval prior to beginning the work. Chris completed the necessary work in a much shorter time frame that I had expected and then went over how the new valves worked. He then conducted an inspection of all other valves in both bathrooms and the water heater and provided a check list of items that needed to addressed at some point in time. Chris was also very neat and cleaned up when all work was done. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the level of service provided and with Chris’ professionalism. As a result, I will definitely keep D&F in mind for any future needs as they arise and will not hesitate to recommend D&F to my neighbors. Thank you for a great experience.
We were having a new toilet installed and the original installers could not finish the job due to a broken flange and it is a very old building so there were complications. I called D & F Plumbing and explained it was an emergency as we only have one bathroom. Within about an hour they sent over Warren. Warren was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and had to find a part that worked for our old 1927 building. Warren was cheerful and professional and got it fixed for us. We are so happy with D & F Plumbing and Warren.
Ben was early and diagnosed the issue immediately! In addition I asked him to replace the toilet and he went a picked one up and it was installed within an hour and a half. Great service. Great response time, and a very professional plumber. I will definitely use them again! Thanks Ben!
