Extra space storage facility off 60th in NE Portland- nice clean building with easy to follow set up reservation and reasonable rent. Jonas (manager) Explained everything clear and made my moving easier then I thought it would have been. So far the experience with a storage facility is perfect, compared with story's I've been told by others that rented elsewhere. I would recommend Extra space for your needs at least the facility here in N.E Portland Oregon.

We’ve been doing business with our local extra space storage, and I must say I am very pleased! The people here are great, and the prices are affordable, not to mention it’s right in my neighborhood not far from the local Fred Myers’s. Jonas is my favorite person! Very helpful! Thanks extra space!

I had a great experience signing up for a storage unit. The location is perfect and close to home. Jared was excellent and explained all the details I needed to know, from unit sizes, pricing, and security. The inside of the building is very clean. When I looked at my storage unit, I was very impressed by its cleanliness. I've rented storage areas with other companies, and this is by far the best. The staff, Jared and Amber, are great; friendly, professional, and ready to help!

This place is top notch, awesome customer service from amber! She’s super friendly, personable and very knowledgeable! She helped me with my issues very quick and efficient! I would highly recommend U.S storage to anyone!

Love the storage! Easy access for my sprinter van and a clean facility. Accommodating! Amber is a fantastic employee! Very helpful and detailed.

Christine has been consistently fantastic to deal with, from selecting a unit, throughout the move in process, and most recently going above and beyond to help straighten out some rent issues. She is always responsive, friendly, and willing to help. Thanks, Christine!

Christine is amazing. She went above & beyond to help us when our key broke in our lock. Building D is really cold so wear a sweater! My only downside is they close somewhat early, 6pm on weekdays & 5pm on weekends, but the units were spacious & served us well!

Christine went a over and beyond call of duty for me today. Helped me with all my storage needs, including payments. .
