Tails and Trails team members have been walking our labradoodle puppy for about seven months, and they are fantastic. Lilly paces around the kitchen every morning, eager for her walking human to arrive, and she’s excited beyond description when they get here. There are three T&T walkers who share Lilly, and they’re all totally reliable and friendly. They’ve trained her in “heel” and other walking behaviors. It’s clear these are not people just working for the money; they totally care about dogs. We’re delighted with them and their care for our puppy.

Melody Knox went above and beyond taking care of my anxious dog and sent us so many reassuring updates and photos. I highly recommend anyone use this service.

My family has been working with EC Petcare for almost a year, primarily with team member Sendy, and we can’t recommend their services enough. After a particularly bad experience with Rover, we were very hesitant to leave our two cats with a stranger again, but Sendy quickly earned our trust. We can count on her to administer medicine to both of our senior cats, give them ample attention, and leave our home in a clean condition. Oftentimes, she’ll bring her own toys over for the cats to play with, and she’s even earned the trust of our more standoffish kitty. We can’t imagine working with anyone else, and we’re grateful that the company takes cat care as seriously as dog care.

We’ve worked with EC Petcare twice and have had incredible experiences both times! We have 2 dogs, an 11 year old and a 9 month old. They both have unique needs and our sitters have gone above & beyond to make sure they were taken care of while we were away. In addition, both sitters were excellent communicators.
