The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He thoroughly inspected both the inside and outside of my home, and even gave me helpful tips to prevent future issues. It’s clear they care about doing a quality job rather than just rushing through. I feel much more confident about the safety and cleanliness of my home now. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing reliable and honest pest inspection.

Luke was awesome, friendly service and very informative as a seller. Great experience to get our bug control, well, under control. We have no infestations. Its good you have them to take care of anything that could come up. The extermination professionals were prompt and just a great experience. I was like: Hey guys, take care of it for me. and they go do it. Sort of experience. While being polite and telling me and my wife what they are spraying and what to for if something comes up. Great service and employees.

I like this service to treat the ants and wasps that enjoy our home. The technicians are very professional and wear shoe covers if they need to come inside. The schedulers are friendly and helpful. We have used them since 2022 to keep our place clean- Really appreciate their service!.

Steven was extremely kind, thorough, and informative during the scheduling process. When Colby came out to spray the next day, he had the same professionalism, thoroughness and kindness. I have been very impressed with the customer service with Pointe so far.

Ryan did an excellent job helping us locate the hornets nest and spraying it. He also took care of our quarterly service at that time as well. Great communicator and listener. Very professional mannerisms and good representative for your company.

Gavin did a wonderful job, inside and outside the house. Very Professional, efficient and kind person. I'm so pleased on a job well done. Haven't seen a pesty ant since he left.

Michael made sure we were comfortable with the service and answered all our questions before he left. His attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction really stood out. Highly recommend his services!

I have Aptive come every season about every 3 mon. It has changed my front porch to a creepy- free space forever. They sweep- clean under the eaves and all around the house. We used to have ants, spiders and some other bugs. No longer. When the try to come back, Aptive has it covered. It's a good system, and Kaylee did a great job today.

Tyler did our maintenance today! A very thorough and excellent job! We would like to request him for our next service.
