We had a sales rep come by, Adam, and he seemed very knowledgeable and was very professional. We have had an ant problem for years . So this seemed like a sign since they came to us. Lol. They were able to come out the next day for the first treatment. They were even early. Caleb came put and treated the inside and outside. He was very knowledgeable and professional as well. I had a gentleman named Randall come out to my house today and doing inspection I thought I may have rodents in my attic but it turned out to be squirrels. He educated me that the squirrels have to be extricated by wildlife. Randall was very nice very polite very professional and the charge for the inspection was $0 nothing. Randall had a lot of information and was very educated and helpful he had obviously been in this industry for quite some time.
David from "The Killers" conducted the most professional and thorough inspection that I've received after meeting with four other companies. He determined the problem, provided and an easy-to-understand solution and recommended a general contractor. I received a follow-up summary with photos five minutes after he left. Even though he's not part of The Killers rock band, he rocks when it comes to pest control!
The technicians are very pleasant professional and helpful. I have been extremely pleased with the service since I hired The Killers a few years ago. I highly recommend the killers. One fellow came to take care of the mouse traps. I asked him about some ants and he gave me great advice that was very effective to get rid of the ants.

I called for an inspection and they were able to come out the next day because of a cancellation! Joe was helpful and knowledgable and I didnt feel pressured to work with EcoCare- which I always appreciate. I chose to work with them anyways and am looking forward to some help with my mouse and rat problem that is getting a little out of control.
Jimmy Johnson spent a lot of time explaining to us the nature and habits of rats. He really understands them and enjoys his work. I called him the rat whispererer! Super conscientious and detail oriented. He discovered a number of openings where the gutters meet the roofline that needed to be sealed off so that they won’t be getting in. Plus he identified areas in our crawlspaces where traps needed to be placed.
Austin came to treat my home for ants. He was polite professional and I appreciated all the information he gave me. I will definitely continue to use this company if needed. Austin was terrific!
