American Chimney & Masonry Shawn came out to give me a bid had great customer service very knowledgeable of the job that needed to be done I was very pleased from start to finish. David come and repaired My Chimney , that was leaning, took it down to the shoulder rebuilt It did an excellent job repairing and rebuilding the chimney. Looks great. Cleaned up after themselves very pleased with their service. Would recommend them to anyone who needs chimney service.

We had AC&M out to inspect and service our chimney that we use daily in the cold months.Our technician Dan was right on time, very friendly & polite and knowledgable. We knew the job was going to be a large one with the amount of use the fireplace gets. Dan was efficient and respectful of our home. He gave us good information & advised of needed repairs to keep our home safe. He provided photos so we understood what he was advising. We will continue to use American Chimney for all of our fireplace repairs and upkeep!

Best experience ever with a chimney service company! Friendly, and didn't try to sell us anything , that is unheard of with many other chimney service companies. Did a great job, we eventually want to get a cap for our chimney and will be using them for this as well and recommending them to friends and neighbors.

I hired Chutes n' Ladders to clean my gutters in November. Arranging an appointment was easy and efficient. My neighbor was having them clean his gutters too, so they gave us both a discount for having to make just one trip to us. Joe, the workman, arrived on time, nice guy, worked hard. After he finished, Joe told me my gutters weren't as clogged as many are, so he arranged another small discount. The office manager sent me an invoice by e-mail, it was correct, I called her and paid by credit card. Easy experience, manager had a nice voice.

Great service, excellent work, and glad we found them to take care of our roof. De-mossed the roof, repaired/replaced an upper section of broken gutter, and installed a new chimney cap. All looks great! Nice, professional folks, good communication, finished job on time and at estimated price. Will definitely use in future for any needed service and will recommend to friends.
