Daniel from Sunset phoned ahead of his arrival- which I really appreciated. He found an issue with our furnace and we quickly scheduled installation of both a new furnace and AC unit. Daniel is very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for your help. The very next day, Volodymyr and Roman came out and replaced the furnace and AC unit with new Trane models. They completed the work the same day and both units are up and working great! Thanks guys.

Manuel, Shane and Jackson each had a role in diagnosing my broken gas furnace the same afternoon I called Sunset and getting the new one installed and running by midday the next day. I am very pleased with their service. They even put an attractive plastic cover behind the new smaller thermostat to cover the paint line on the wall. They were each good at communicating and friendly, as well as knowledgeable and good at what they do.

Houston aka Jamie was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and personable. He took the time to go over what he was going to do and offered other services when he was done. Very efficient! I would love to have him return for future services.

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Specialty. We had a fairly simple project, installing an AC unit. Nick was very helpful in providing the quote, sat down and walked me through everything which I really appreciated. And then Veronica, and her partner Robb, did a fantastic job doing the install. I really appreciated their work and they also explained a few things about our furnace. Veronica in particular showed a real attention to detail, and her workmanship was stellar. Will definitely be calling Specialty to do maintenance and future work!

Great communication as usual. Called as was running ahead of his time for our heat pump/ air handler maintenance check up. That worked great for us. Friendly, informative and wore clean over booties indoors. Thorough checkup as usual.

I was notified when Tech was route and he arrived within window that was pre-scheduled. He was courteous and explained everything he was going to do. Respectful of my house and pet. I received an email copy of what was completed and a sticker was placed on the unit that identified what was done and date. Completely satisfied!
