Jake D. was the one who did the inspection of my home to figure out where the squirrel was entering my home. He was extremely thorough and went the extra mile to look at my neighbor's home and found the entry point. He made recommendations for the repairs and communicated with the office ahead of time that I would be calling to schedule a follow on appointment for repairs. Cassidy was great in getting me scheduled right away. I would definitely recommend using this company for any wildlife issues in/around your home. Definitely ask for Jake to do the inspection.
Jake with Xceptional was super helpful today. He spent a lot of time with my husband and I going through the entire house looking for the snake we had seen last Saturday. My husband followed him around and Jake was really patient and answered all our questions. Jake seemed very knowledgeable and gave us reasonable advice and a lot of options. Brandon solved my pest problem in a matter of minutes after I spent nearly 2 years and a lot of money with other pest companies. The other companies never got to the root of the issue. They just want to get you signed up for ongoing services. Don’t do it. Call District Wildlife and let Brandon solve the problem.
I came upon a raccoon in my backyard and he charged me and came after me. I managed to get back inside the house and immediately started looking for a trapper. I was very fortunate to find District Wildlife Solutions. Their prices are reasonable (and I compared quite a number of companies). But most importantly they were easy to talk to, responsive, and it was clear they knew exactly what they are talking about. They came out right away. The aggressive raccoon was caught the first night. They continued to come out and check my property for several days thereafter. My problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Every staff member was a pleasure to deal with.
Called District Wildlife over the weekend and they came out in two days. "Matt" came out identified what animal was in my attic and where it was getting in. After setting humane traps/cages, Matt showed up every day as promised to check on traps. He was successful in trapping and repairing the entry. Very pleased and would definitely recommend! Matt was a pleasure to work with.
