Jake D. was the one who did the inspection of my home to figure out where the squirrel was entering my home. He was extremely thorough and went the extra mile to look at my neighbor's home and found the entry point. He made recommendations for the repairs and communicated with the office ahead of time that I would be calling to schedule a follow on appointment for repairs. Cassidy was great in getting me scheduled right away. I would definitely recommend using this company for any wildlife issues in/around your home. Definitely ask for Jake to do the inspection.

Jake with Xceptional was super helpful today. He spent a lot of time with my husband and I going through the entire house looking for the snake we had seen last Saturday. My husband followed him around and Jake was really patient and answered all our questions. Jake seemed very knowledgeable and gave us reasonable advice and a lot of options. He explained each of the services thoroughly but never seemed like he was trying to be a salesman. He gave us the information, the pros and cons, but was frank regarding the issues we faced with animals trying to invade. Jake is a great combination of professional and personable. We look forward to working with him and your company in the coming months on the improvement projects.

Jake came by to take a look at birds potentially nesting in our dryer/bathroom vents. He was knowledgeable and provided us with all the options to resolve the issue. We appreciated that he was able to come quickly and also install the vents same day to prevent any further occurrence. Thank you!

Our costly project—rats destroying our crawl space’s insulation and vapor barrier, leaving unsafe droppings—was handled affordably within our budget. They started and finished promptly, easing our financial worries. The crew expertly cleaned, installed new materials, and sanitized the area, restoring safety. Highly recommend their expertise for humane, thorough wildlife removal and repair. A trustworthy, top-notch team.

We were very pleased with the service from District Wildlife Solutions. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to humanely removing a raccoon family from our attic (plus he came out to our house within only a couple hours of us calling & the service was very affordable). Matt was communicative throughout the process and we would absolutely rely on their expertise again in the future should the need arise.
