Jake D. was the one who did the inspection of my home to figure out where the squirrel was entering my home. He was extremely thorough and went the extra mile to look at my neighbor's home and found the entry point. He made recommendations for the repairs and communicated with the office ahead of time that I would be calling to schedule a follow on appointment for repairs. Cassidy was great in getting me scheduled right away. I would definitely recommend using this company for any wildlife issues in/around your home. Definitely ask for Jake to do the inspection.

Jake with Xceptional was super helpful today. He spent a lot of time with my husband and I going through the entire house looking for the snake we had seen last Saturday. My husband followed him around and Jake was really patient and answered all our questions. Jake seemed very knowledgeable and gave us reasonable advice and a lot of options. He explained each of the services thoroughly but never seemed like he was trying to be a salesman. He gave us the information, the pros and cons, but was frank regarding the issues we faced with animals trying to invade. Jake is a great combination of professional and personable.
