The owner helped me trouble shoot issues like finding out how turn on my external water line from inside the house and he also made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Nick responded quickly once I registered my project. When we spoke, he asked me a series of questions about the pool leak in the main drain. He determined there was not a need to dig up my yard and replace the leaking pipe. Rather he said the hydrostat that was recently installed stopped the water flow and consequently repairs were not needed at this time. We just had our 40-year 30,000 gallon in-ground pool re-plastered and re-tiled by Watermark. They did a phenomenal job. Carefully checked every inch of the pool for loose concrete and chipped them out. They coated the entire interior with a scratch-coat to ensure good bonding with the specialty concrete with blue glass beads, and did a light acid-wash to make the colors pop! Nick Leinbach - the company owner -- is a perfectionist, adheres to industry best-practices, and does not cut corners to save time. We got bids from three other companies and are very glad we chose Watermark -- highly recommend them. Our pool looks fantastic!
