My first time contacting Jimmy Gusky based on a friend’s referral. Was out of heat during the most cold part of the winter. He had someone out right away. They figured out the issue and were able to order the right parts. Once the parts were in they got the system up and running. They helped me save money and the system works! Would use them again. Very happy. My second call to Jimmy Gusky. The system needed to be replaced during the second coldest cold spell of the winter. He got the guys and system out within 24 hours! He helped me choose the best HVAC system for my home. It’s fantastic. He and his crew were polite, efficient, clean and fast. Thrilled. Even though it required a new HVAC system, am super happy with the results. The warranty is twice as good as bigger more expensive companies. Great job!

Quick to respond when help was requested and provided same-day service. Carlos quickly diagnosed the issue (blown 3 amp fuse) and replaced the bad part. Issue resolved in less than 20 min and we have heat again. Price was totally reasonable. Couldn’t be happier! Recommend and will use again!

I had a radiator pipe that was rusted out, so could not turn on my system without water leaking out. Jimmy and his crew came quickly and did a great repair job. Highly recommend!

Mohamed was amazing! He has so much expertise and was immediately able to diagnose the issue that was causing our heat to shut off completely during some of the coldest days in DC. He was straightforward and taught us how to fix the issue in the future! Highly recommend him if you have any issues!

Best HVAC experience I’ve ever had. Our system stopped working in the middle of a cold snap, and Mohamed made space in his schedule to come at 8 pm the same day. He’s extremely knowledgeable, communicates clearly, and is completely transparent on pricing. Highly recommend.
