We had a fantastic experience in working with the Renaissance Carpet Cleaners team for our condominium- from the initial communication, to the on-site estimate, and the cleaning itself, the entire team was extremely responsive, processional, timely and delivered fantastic results. They made a long-overdue process blessedly simple and straightforward, and we are so appreciative for their hard work and expertise.

Haasan was my technician today, and he did an excellent job cleaning the carpet and area rug in my family room. He was prompt, professional and, knowledgeable. He even gave me a tip to take the wrinkles out of the corner of my area rug, so it can lay flat. Thanks for top notch service.

Fantastic service! The technician was very friendly and did a great job of cleaning my couch. I was able to see how dirty it was before and after and he was nice enough to explain the cleaning process.

Highly recommend! This is our third or fourth time using the cleaning service and they did an excellent job. The tech was wonderfully polite, helpful and professional and did a great job cleaning our upholstered chairs.

Edgar came in and finished the job after 30 mins! Rug looks, feels and smell clean! I had a great experience.
