Excellent service and incredible results! Process from first contact to billing was seamless and super easy and my patio looks brand new! I had no idea that beautiful stones were under years of grime. I had previously hired a handyman service to power wash and they had to give up due to a few obstacles. After many years I hired the pros at Kennedy and they listened to my concerns but were confident they could get the job done and they sure did! I will be using their services again. I cannot recommend them enough. Our condo building was plagued by recurring rust runoff that was an eyesore for the community. So, I called Kennedy Exterior Cleaning. They were prompt and responsive with scheduling, their technician was courteous and professional on site, and most importantly their work was outstanding! In a matter of hours, the rust was completely removed and the paint was good as new.

Chris did a thorough job cleaning our windows and patio. The patio is old with crumbling flagstones -- I didn't realize how fragile it was, but he recognized the danger and reduced the force of his power washer, though as a result it took a long time (he stayed past dark). I'd almost forgotten the stones are different colors, not just gray! He is meticulous, even somewhat of a perfectionist who really does want the customer to be thrilled. There was some miscommunication about what equipment was necessary -- it was probably my fault, but Chris simply drove all the way home to get what was required and remained cheerful and professional throughout. I wish him the best with his business and will definitely hire him again.

I couldn't be happier! Chris was extremely professional and did a wonderful, meticulous job on every window and sliding door in my home, both inside and out. He did an AMAZING job on the skylights.
