I had a great experience with Magnolia! My water heater was leaking in my DC condo over the holidays and Magnolia came out immediately to inspect it. They set up a short-term solution to stop the leak and then promptly installed a new one. We got a second quote for a new water heater, which showed that Magnolia’s rates were very competitive. Pasquale is the plumber who provided our service. He is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and so good at keeping us updated with progress. He was patient and personable. I’d highly recommend Magnolia and specifically Pasquale for any of your plumbing needs!

A voltage surge damaged the surge protector on our mini-split heat pump. Tan and John came out within a few hours of the call, found the damage and recommended a more robust one that they installed quickly and competently. Lucky to get away with limited damage and glad to have some peace of mind with the better protector. Great service!
