I have been using Extra Space for years. I have had every size space and sometimes several. The facility is very convenient and the staff is always always going out of their way to be nice and professional. Just wanted to give a shoutout to Donna and her team at Public Storage Navy Yard! Everything from the move-in to check-out was so smooth and Donna was super helpful throughout my 3-month storage unit lease. Appreciate her for also really looking out for her customers giving them/me a heads up about any potential pricing changes, deals, etc.! I was initially very skeptical about storing wooden furniture in a storage unit but I was so wrong! They have a temperature controlled facility so when I went back to my unit after 3 months to check out my furniture it was all spotless and intact! A plus for this particular facility was the location.

This was my best experience ever booking and using a storage. Ms. Donna took care of me and was so polite and patient. I picked a unit that was too small and helped me upgrade to a bigger size with no hassle, and also provided a free lock that a previous customer no longer wanted. The storage units are very clean, safe, and secure. Ms. Donna is the best and I would recommend this storage #1 to anyone who is looking.

Donna is the best. She will help you navigate the place and the app. She makes sure everything works for you and she is very helpful. The actual space is warm and feels safe.

For anyone in search of a facility for storage of their personal belongings or a car, I would definitely recommend Cube Smart located at 1850 New York Ave. NE. in DC. I have been renting storage space from this location for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier with the location. The facility is always clean and well maintained. The staff is amazing and always willing to help, and the site manager (Des) is a joy to work with as well. Des is very professional. He takes his job seriously and he cares about providing a good service and customer experience.

Preston, David, and Dez. Are wonderful! Cubesmart, they are an asset to your organization. Absolute gems. Made a process I was dreading an absolute breeze. Go see them for your storage needs. Hands down the best.

Great customer service. The representative was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and thorough. I feel great about storing my belongings at CubeSmart. The level of security and precautionary measures are reassuring. Furthermore, the accessibility hours (365 days a year) are incredibly convenient!
