The technician quickly discovered the problem, replaced worn rollers, and made adjustments. Took a little over an hour and finished the repair with reasonable cost. I only have good things to say about Tom and the service he provided. He arrived early for our appointment and was polite and professional at all times. Tom was very knowledgeable about garage doors and openers and quickly diagnosed the problem. He very patiently explained the problem to me, showed me exactly where it was, provided an estimate and then efficiently completed the work. Our garage door works great now and I enthusiastically recommend Tom and his company.
