I had an excellent experience at Zip Cleaners in DC, thanks to Catrina! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. Her professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. She took the time to ensure my garments were handled with care and returned looking impeccable. The service was fast, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find such friendly and attentive customer service these days, and Catrina truly went above and beyond. So far I highly recommend Zip Cleaners and will definitely be returning! My clothes come back timely and in great condition and they managed to also piece back together a suit jacket that had torn saving me a lot of money.

First time to do business with ZIPS. Tyvita provided excellent customer service for 2 consecutive days. They have a quick turnaround time. The price is right. There is an alteration service on site. I wil definitely keep this in mind. A pleasant experience overall.

I came to the area to attend a friend’s wedding and had a food spill that I needed to get out urgently. Besson’s cleaners did wonders and got the stain out completely!! The staff were so kind and helpful as well. I normally don’t leave reviews but I wanted to write this because of the amazing service and quality. Highly recommend!

I had red wine spilled all over a pair of jeans and a sweater, and Besson’s performed an actual miracle on them. They’re quick, not too expensive, and extremely reliable. Would HIGHLY recommend for any alterations or dry cleaning

Great customer service, with great quality work. Brought in a few garments with some stains that were hard to take out haf taken them to 2 different cleaners and they were the only one's who were able to get them off. Also brought some clothes on for alteration repair which they did a great job. This is the place to come for dryclean and sewing repairs.

Press Dry Cleaning is by far the best dry cleaning service I've tried in D.C. They were able to get stains out of a dress that another place tried three times to get rid of. They always have my clothes ready on time and the price is fairly reasonable. I would certainly recommend this place!

I have lived in many states and have used many different dry cleaners. I can honestly say that The Press dry cleaners is by far the best that I have ever used. All the services from alterations to delivery are absolute perfection!!!
