I’ve had such an incredible experience living at Berkshire! The staff here truly go above and beyond. They’re not just friendly, they genuinely care and make you feel like part of a community from day one. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly or just greeting you with a smile, they make such a difference. The community events are also a highlight! From seasonal gatherings to fun socials, there’s always something happening that brings neighbors together in the best way. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here.

My husband and I have been living in Berkshire for a few months now and we are loving it. The building and its amenities are great, the staff is friendly, the events with the neighbors are fun, and the area is awesome with everything within walking distance. It was a good choice to live here and we were lucky to find a nice apartment that was the right size for us and that could fit all of our stuff! The morning sun on the balcony brightens my day!

I've really enjoyed living here. The location is great, and the rent is affordable. The staff and maintenance team are always responsive when I need something. I also like the community events they host.

I just moved in a week ago. The Leasing Consultant Bryan has been nothing short of AMAZING. He is very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. He made the move in process smooth and easy. My apartment is very nice with up to date appliances and even a full size washer and dryer. Oh and I have a screened in balcony which I really love. I also had the pleasure of meeting Charity the Property Manager. She is an absolute sweetheart, she is kind and customer focused. I love my apartment and the prices are by far the best value for what you are getting compared to other communities. So if you happen to be reading this Do not hesitate.. JUST APPLY!

Trust the five star reviews. The Seasons at Umstead is truly a hidden gem. New appliances; dutiful, friendly, and thoughtful office and maintenance staff; and — what I love most — the quiet environment full of trees, plants, and sounds of nature, just a short jog to hundreds of miles of Umstead State Park trails. Really, it’s hard to believe that the dominant noise I heard from my apartment was the sound of birds…when the complex is just off Glenwood Ave and so close to 540. And! It’s safe. I have felt completely at ease taking walks at night alone as a young woman. As I search the rental market elsewhere preparing for a move…I am coming into full realization of how rare The Seasons is. Blessed to have spent a year here!

I have lived at Seasons at Umstead since 2018. I must say this is the best apartment home I have ever had. The office staff, Lysa and Sasha, are extremely friendly and helpful. We have activities periodically which I appreciate, even though I can't always participate. The maintenance crew, Ronnie and Sherry, are amazing. They repair maintenence problems the quickest of any maintenence crew that has ever been here. I plan to live here for many years to come!
