My wife and I had an incredible experience working with Homes by Dickerson for our home build. They were transparent and responsive throughout the many phases of the build process. They were receptive to and promptly addressed our concerns. We are extremely happy with our decision to build a home with Homes by Dickerson and are really appreciative of their entire team, particularly our project manager Jack V.

We recently purchased a home under construction in Moss Landing, located in Washington, N.C. The attention to detail was evident during the entire construction phase. We were able to meet with the project manager, Jack Vorndran, on many occasions to view and discuss the construction process. Jack was always willing to answer any questions and explain every step of the process. We were very pleased with the final results.

Our building supervisor was Lee Ely. Lee did a great job helping us through brick one to the day he handed us the keys. Polite, professional, experienced, and helpful. He got us in 3 weeks early and went out of his way on multiple occasions to get things done. We are very happy with our new home and having Lee Ely as our supervisor was very fortunate.

NEUHOFF & BEVERLY CUSTOM BUILDERS REVIEWS

Ken Neuhoff and his team did an amazing job on the major renovation of our house. (Fully gutted and replaced kitchen and bath, major structural changes, installation of folding doors, addition of back porch, etc.) Ken is trustworthy, down-to-earth, and responsive. Lynn, the project manager, was very pleasant an easy to work with. Jeremy, the carpenter, is truly talented. He went above and beyond in finding creative solutions during the remodel. For example, he procured reclaimed wood and installed shelves in our kitchen: one of my favorite things about our remodel. His handiwork is wonderful throughout our house. We are thoroughly enjoying our house and will definitely use Ken again. We highly recommend Ken Neuhoff.

Ken Neuhoff and his team just completed a major renovation of our 1923 house. The quality of their work was exceptional and everyone was great to work with. Our project manager Lynn and the designer Anna were especially attentive and responsive. The project was completed on schedule and within the agreed upon budget. We couldn't be happier with the results. They brought an historic house to a whole new level that far exceeded our original expectations. We highly recommend Neuhoff Custom Builders.

Neuhoff Custom Builders just completed our veranda project. It went very well, on time and a beautiful finished product. The addition blends seamlessly with the original 30 year old home. Ken, Ryan and Anna were great to work with. The sub-contractors were first rate. We are enjoying our new "Outside Room".
