The Learning Experience provides early education services for children from six weeks to five years. The preschool was developed and improved over 44 years. Julie Stone is the Assistant Director of the preschool. Julie Stone has an Associate's degree in Early Childhood and is obtaining a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from UNC Greensboro. Their goal is to meet the children where they are by giving them various tools to expand their knowledge. The staff provides programs to ensure readiness for first grade. The preschool concentrates on programs that advance academic preparation. The Learning Experience offers hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their development rate. The preschool conducts summer camps.
